I needed to take a photo of myself for a little project I'm working on. Wow. It was really much harder than I thought it would be. I ended up with a lot of 'half of me' shots.
I liked some of those much better, because I only had to pick them half apart. :)
Anyway, mission accomplished...

Kelly!! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE your pic!! You are so -your spirit is shiny wonderful it leaps off the page- beautiful!!! I know how self portraits are so difficult-especially as we get older:) but...there is so much courage, grace and beauty in an honest, authentic self portrait.
Okay...I just LOVE your Xmas tree. I never would of thought Happy Meals but...I like it! Especially with the bucket on top!
It made me feel so much better to hear you talk of Griffin not speaking a lot even when he was 3. Tara is the same way and Tim and I are terribly worried. she will be 2 in a month and a half.She said "love you" the other day and will say words like "happy", "more" etc when prompted but she isn't talking on her own. Her comprehension is excellent but...okay, will try not to freak out.
And i love your snowy pics...all of them! And the Alice quote is one of my faves. yes...it really helps to know where we want to go!!
things are super hectic over here Kelly...Tim and i are looking at homes non stop and hope to make an offer by next Monday. We have seen so many homes now ...they are all kind of a blur! wish us luck! xxx
