Fun with Jane

The other night I was in a funk. Usually, I'm pretty optimistic and hopeful about life. I believe positive energy is the best tool to get you where you want to go, but I'm only human, and sometimes this heavy load gets a little too hard for me to carry. I was sitting out on my back porch, staring into the darkness, and wondering how to fix this mess of a life, when a tree in my backyard caught my eye. Looking at it, I said to myself, "Hey, that tree looks like a headless Jane Jetson!" I had to go and grab my camera. Can you see it? Complete with stars (raindrops) and all! I felt so much better after that. The magical Jane Jetson tree didn't take my problems away, but it did help me to forget about them for a while. I am grateful for my mind's eye, but I'm a little concerned about the message. I could have taken some comfort in a potato chip Jesus, but a headless cartoon character...not sure what to make of that!
