Priorities

My priorities have changed...I've decided to become one of them.

Unfortunately, I'm all shifted, and out of order.  I've become really selfish with my time, and I'm not sure, yet, how everything else fits back into the puzzle.

Fortunately, that's okay with me.

I came across this quote a while back, by Maya Angelou...

“Never make someone a priority when all you are to them is an option.”

It really stuck with me.  Not just in regards to people, but everything in my life.

It made me really, really, really think about what's important, and what's "optional".

I feel like I want to start singing Michael Jackson's, Man in the Mirror, and I suppose, if I were telling you this in person, I would do just that.

Thank goodness for cyberspace, huh?

oh good quote! I'm a total Maya fan but I hadn't heard that one yet! Love all your crisp, spring photos! It'll be another month or so before I can shoot similar ones...the green is just starting to peak out now. :)
