Sun of a Bucket

Did you ever try to write about something that's on your mind...something profound like the prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi...
"Lord, make me an instrument of your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon. Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is despair, hope. Where there is darkness, light. Where there is sadness, joy. O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console; to be understood, as to understand; to be loved, as to love. For it is in giving that we receive. It is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life. Amen."
...but the words just wouldn't come?
Did you ever want to explain how the weather effects your mood, and if it's gloomy or confused about what exactly it wants to be, it has you feeling that way too?
What if you spent the day contemplating the weather, or trying to find meaning in an ancient prayer, but you couldn't wrap your mind around either one?
Did you ever look out the window, and notice the sun (who hasn't shown itself for days), shine down on a dirty bucket, and bring clarity to all of the thoughts you've been toiling over?
What if, like the sunlight, you wanted to share your joy, and talk about things like light, and giving, and filling up, but you couldn't find a way to explain it without everyone thinking you were smoking something funny?
I'm a big thinker, and sometimes my thoughts are bigger than my words, but I'm really glad nothing like this has ever happened to me.
